Data Exclusivity: The Company strictly mandates that all contracted third-party intelligence providers are contractually prohibited from utilizing User-provided prompts, code, or workspace data for the purposes of training, fine-tuning, or augmenting public foundational models.

3. Compute Isolation and Ephemeral Workloads

Automated code execution and generation occurs within highly secure, hardware-virtualized cloud environments.

• All computational instances are cryptographically isolated per tenant.
• The Company implements strict egress controls and does not monitor, inspect, or exfiltrate proprietary source code executed within the boundaries of the assigned virtualized environment.
• Upon termination of the computational lifecycle, the environment and all associated volatile storage are permanently and irrecoverably destroyed.

4. Data Retention and Deletion Rights

The Company retains your data solely for the duration required to provide the Services. Upon explicit receipt of an account deletion request, the Company shall initiate a permanent purge of all associated primary database records, including workspace history, authentication tokens, and metadata, within a thirty (30) day window, subject to overriding legal or regulatory retention mandates.
